Refund & Authenticity Guarantee Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any items purchased, except in cases where authenticity is disputed.

    •    All items are authenticated by Entrupy, with additional verification from Real Authentication and Legitmark when applicable.
    •    A Certificate of Authenticity is included with every purchase.

✅ Dispute & Refund Process

If you believe an item purchased from us is not authentic:
    1.    Obtain a written statement or certificate from a reputable third-party authentication service (such as Entrupy, Real Authentication, Legitmark, or AuthenticateFirst).
    2.    Submit the documentation to us within 7 days of delivery.
    3.    Once verified, we will issue a full refund and cover the cost of return shipping.
